Happy New Year Everybody! I hope 2009 is good to you all. Although I hope your 2008 was good as well.

I hope all your holidays were great, I know mine was. I finally got my hands on Guitar Hero, The Dark Knight, Iron Man and a lot of music, just to name a few of the things that I got. But one of my favorite parts is watching my friends and parents open their gifts and seeing their reactions. I think they all loved their presents, which made me very happy.

Sorry for inactivity, things have been kinda hectic. Not only is it the holidays, but my boss went on vacation and I've been pulling double time at work to get everything done. I got a raise though, so that's awesome. $8.50/hour to clean 4 stalls and look after 6 horses and a donkey. It's a wonderful job.

In other news, my glasses broke and I was blind for a day. Luckily my dad got me an appointment and I got a new pair of glasses. I didn't realize how lousy my old prescription was and how scratched up my old lenses were until I put these on. It's like a miracle, I can see again!

I'm uploading some new art, finally. It's in a way different style for me (a little more realistic) and I think I'm going to be doing a lot more stuff that way from now on. I realized I can actually do more realistic works, and I had a lot of fun with it. I know I still need to get better, but that's why I think I'll keep it up, so I can improve. Don't worry though, I'm not giving up my old style all together. And I'm still working diligently on that drawing for my story Blank Pages. It's coming a long...slowly.
